1. Digital Products & Refunds

You may request a refund 10 days after your purchase of a digital product, and we will refund your money in full, no questions asked. Please write to us at hello@flowersandunicorns.com to request a refund.


Refunds after the 10 day grace period:

You MAY request a refund after the 10 day grace period is over if the following conditions are met:

  1. The product is not working properly - you are unable to view the content because of a technical issue, and even after writing to us, the problem wasn't resolved in a period of 4 days.
  2. The delivery of the module or a lesson or a file that is part of the digital product was delayed for more than 4 days after it was promised.
  3. You believe that the content and the value provided differs greatly from what was advertised. You believe that the author of the digital product hasn't delivered the content that was promised. In this case, we ask you to provide a written explanation and elaboration of why you believe the digital product was different from what was advertised, and we also ask of you to specify what, in your opinion, is missing from a digital product in order for it to meet your expectations. We will review your letter, and if we believe that your dissatisfaction is justified, we will provide solutions, one of which may be to refund the digital product to you in full or partially. If we do not believe your dissatisfaction is justified, we may issue the refund as a courtesy, or we may hand over the case to our lawyer, who will contact you on our behalf.


A partial or full refund will NOT be granted after the 10 day grace period is over if any of the following is true:

  1. You are dissatisfied with the product because you changed your mind about the value the digital product has to you.
    (Example: At the time of your purchase, you believed that the content provided inside the digital product was essential for you to achieve your goals but then later, you discovered another way to achieve your goals, or you have changed your goals and now you feel that you no longer need the product.)
  2. You made a purchase that you now regret because you need the money for something else.
  3. There was a technical problem with the digital product, but it was resolved in less than 4 days.
  4. The delivery of the module or a lesson or a file that is part of the digital product was delayed but for less than 4 days.

Access to digital products will be granted to you (if not otherwise specified) after your purchase. If you do not receive access within 2 hours after your purchase, please contact us at hello@flowersandunicorns.com. In some cases, you may purchase a digital product before it is available. In such a case, access to the digital product will be granted on the date that was specified beforehand on the sales page or in the sales email or sales video. If you do not receive access information via email in 24 hours after the specified date, and if you didn’t receive an email explaining the reason for the delay, please contact us at hello@flowersandunicorns.com.

2. Physical Products & Refunds

There are products available to purchase on our website that will be shipped to you.
You may request a refund within 10 days after the product is delivered to you if the product is faulty. We may ask you to send us pictures as proof of an error.
You are not eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind about any feature of the product or if the size is too small or too big. Please read below for more information.
The dimensions and sizes of the products are provided on the single product page. We will not refund the product if the size is not what you have “imagined”.
Please read carefully through the product page before purchasing and make sure you order the correct size based on the product information provided. Consider ordering one size up for slim fitted women’s t-shirts in case you are not sure or if you are not used to wearing tight t-shirts. You will always be able to use a larger t-shirt but if the t-shirt is too small you may not be able to use it.
Colors may vary depending on the screen calibration so we are not responsible to deliver a product that has exact same colors as seen on the screen. We will not issue a refund if the colors are different from the colors seen on the screen as long as they are not a completely different color (yellow is red, pink is blue, etc.) - in such case please send us a photo of a product within 10 days after you receive the product and we will issue a refund.
Note that some colors are very close in hue. Example: blue and turquoise or green and turquoise, red and pink and so on. In such a case, we do not issue refunds if the green comes out more turquoise or red comes out more toward pink or magenta.
We've put a great effort into making sure you know exactly what kind of material or fabric the product is made of. The fabric is described on a product page of each product. We will not issue a refund if the material is different from what you have expected because you didn’t read through the product page carefully.
We will issue a refund if a product has a different fabric then it is described on the product page.
We use high-quality DTG (direct to garment) printing technique.
Based on the fabric and the color of the fabric the print may come out differently (more clear, less clear).
We will issue refunds if the print quality is for some reason not as described due to errors made in production. Please send us a photo of the product that showcases the error within 10 days after you receive the product and we will issue a refund.


3. Digital Products & Intellectual Property

Your purchase of one of our digital products constitutes our granting to you of a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to download and access that product for the purpose of your own personal use and reference, and print or convert the product to an image or vector format for your own storage, retention, and reference. If you are a business owner, you may share our digital product with your assistant or other people who use it to help you manage and grow your business. It is your responsibility to ensure that people with whom you share our digital product will not use it for any other purposes than for the purpose of helping you manage or grow your business. If they share the digital product with a third party, it is considered as if you have shared it with the third party, so it is your responsibility to write and communicate this in your company terms & conditions that are obliged by people that work for you. You agree that under no circumstances shall you use, or permit to be used, our digital products other than for the purpose and in the manner described above. For the avoidance of doubt, you shall not copy, re-sell, sublicense, rent out, share or otherwise distribute any of our products, whether modified or not, to any third party. You agree not to use any of our products in a way that might be detrimental to us or damage our reputation.

The products, whether modified or not and all intellectual property and copyright contained therein, are and shall at all times remain our sole and exclusive property. You agree that under no circumstances, whether the product has been modified or not, shall you have or attempt to claim ownership of any intellectual property rights or copyright in the product.

We understand that some of the things you learn in our digital product you may want to incorporate into your own teachings and content if your business shares or sells content that is similar or related to the content thought in our digital product. You are allowed to incorporate what you have learned into your own digital products as long as you blend it with your own knowledge and your own understanding and make it at least 50 % your own.  If you decide to share what you have learned with your audience without changing it and blending it with your own understanding, you are obligated to reference our digital product and give the credit to the author. 3. Disclaimers

1. You assume all responsibility and risk for your use of our content, our services, and products.
